EXCHANGE POLICY:

We have now extended our returns policy over the Christmas period, our 10 day returns policy will start on Christmas day rather than on the date you purchased the item. This leaves enough time for good to be exchanged if they were purchased for a present for somebody.

Please make sure all products that are sent back are unworn, still have tags on and the packaging is not disposed of.

Please post the item back recorded delivery using the address above. Please state on the dispatch note the replacement you require. Once the item is received we will send out the new item. If the item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss an alternative product usually via email.

OUR POLICY REGARDING UNDERWEAR RETURNS

For Health and Safety reasons, we are unable to accept returned underwear.

OUR REFUND POLICY:

All items must be returned within 7 days of purchasing.

Returned items must be undamaged, in their original packaging and with the tags still on.

All items must be unworn. Any evidence of scented deodorants or aftershave we will assume items have been worn.
